Life & Medical Insurance

Let us help you grow and protect what matters most. Insurance products are distributed through licensed insurer partners and are subject to the terms of the respective policy documents.

Why protection matters

A loan builds the future. Insurance keeps it standing.

Most households that fall out of the credit system do not do so because of poor discipline. They fall out because of one hospital admission or one death in the family. Cover is what stops a single bad month from undoing years of steady work.

Life Insurance

உங்கள் குடும்பத்திற்கான நிதி பாதுகாப்பு

Life cover replaces the income a family loses when an earning member dies. For a household that is repaying a loan, it is the difference between grief and destitution — the cover settles the obligation so the family keeps the house, the shop or the vehicle.

  • Financial protection for your family
  • எதிர்காலத்திற்கு நிம்மதி — peace of mind for the years ahead
  • குறைந்த தவணையில் அதிக பாதுகாப்பு — substantial cover for a small premium
  • Term, endowment and savings-linked options
  • Nomination recorded so a claim is settled without dispute

Medical Insurance

சுகாதாரப் பாதுகாப்பு — Secure health, secure future

Health cover pays the hospital so you do not have to sell gold, mortgage land or borrow at punishing rates in an emergency. A cashless network means treatment starts on admission rather than after the family has arranged money.

  • Wide coverage for hospitalisation
  • Cashless treatment at network hospitals
  • Individual and family floater options
  • Day-care procedures and pre and post hospitalisation cover
  • Annual renewal with continuity of benefits

Cashless treatment

Admission at a network hospital without arranging cash first, subject to the insurer's approval process.

How we work

Our role, stated plainly

1

We assess the need

Dependants, outstanding liabilities, income and existing cover — the sum assured follows from these.

2

We present options

Products from licensed insurer partners, with the premium, term and exclusions set side by side.

3

You decide

Nothing is bundled into a loan without your knowledge. Insurance is your choice, made separately.

4

We help at claim time

When a claim arises we help your family assemble the paperwork and follow it through with the insurer.

Questions

Insurance — frequently asked

Is insurance compulsory when I take a loan?

Insurance is a separate decision. Where a specific cover is a condition of a particular loan — comprehensive motor insurance on a financed vehicle, for example — that condition is stated in your sanction letter and explained to you. Beyond such cases, you are never obliged to buy a policy to obtain credit from us.

Who actually issues the policy?

The policy is issued by a licensed insurance company. We assist you in choosing, applying for and servicing it. The contract of insurance is between you and the insurer, and the policy document issued by them governs what is covered.

What is a family floater?

A family floater is a single health policy with one sum insured shared across the covered members. It usually costs less than separate individual policies, and it works well when the family is unlikely to face two major claims in the same year.

What is a waiting period?

Health policies typically apply a short initial waiting period, plus longer waiting periods for specified conditions and for pre-existing illnesses. These are set out in the policy schedule. Declare existing conditions honestly at proposal — a concealed condition is the most common reason a genuine claim is rejected.

How do I make a claim?

For a cashless hospitalisation, present the health card at a network hospital and the insurer's desk initiates approval. For reimbursement, keep all original bills, discharge summary and reports. In either case call our office — we will help you and the hospital assemble what the insurer needs.

Protect what you have worked for

A short conversation is enough to work out how much cover your family actually needs. There is no obligation, and no cost, to ask.
