3. Consent and contact preferences

By submitting an enquiry form on this website you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail in connection with that enquiry. This authorisation operates notwithstanding any registration you may hold on the National Do Not Call registry, and applies only to communication about your enquiry or your account with us.

4. Who we share it with

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We ask you never to send Aadhaar numbers, account numbers, OTPs or passwords over unsecured channels, and we remind you that we will never request an OTP or a password from you.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry information for applications that do not proceed is retained for a limited period and then deleted. Records relating to a sanctioned loan, and the associated KYC documents, are retained for the period required by applicable law and regulation after closure of the account, and are then disposed of securely.

7. Your rights

To ask what personal information we hold about you.
To have inaccurate information corrected.
To withdraw consent for marketing or promotional contact.
To ask for deletion of information we are not legally required to retain.
To receive a copy of the documents you have signed with us.

8. Children

Our services are not offered to persons below the age of majority, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a minor is recorded as a nominee, only the information necessary for that nomination is held.
